Update adviser/officer roster (alumnae, collegian and House Corps)

Updates to adviser, alumnae and collegiate officer, and House Corporation rosters are made in Anchorbase. The Update Advisers and Update Officers tasks are found under Roster > Tasks, and the House Corporation Officers task is under Housing > Tasks. The process outlined below works for all three tasks.

Once you are in the task, click Continue to proceed to the Selection step. In this step, find the position(s) you intend to update, click the check box to the left of the position title (you can select multiple at one time) and click Continue to proceed to the next step.

Click on the text to the right of the position name that reads "Find a Member." A new window will appear.

If the position is vacant, select the checkbox next to "Vacant Position" which appears when you first open the "Find a Member" search. If you know who will be filling the position, search by the member's first name, last name, and/or member number.

Note: If their name has changed since graduating college, the name on their member profile may not be up-to-date. It is best to search by their last name at the time of Initiation in this case. If updating the alumnae officer roster, there is a Maiden Name search field in place of the member number field.

A list of applicable members will appear after you click Search. Select the applicable member from the list by clicking on the check box to the left of their name.

The small window will close and you will see the member's name as well as a field to enter in their position start date. Enter in the appropriate date and click Continue to proceed to the next step.

Review the information to confirm accuracy and type your name and the date as it appears at the very bottom of the page. Click Continue for a final time to submit the task.
