There are several roster changes which upon submission require approval from the ATC and/or the Collegiate Success Specialist (CSS) at Executive Offices.
Roster changes approved by the ATC:
- 5th Year Alumna
- Resignation (new member)
- Remove No Resignation Form
Roster changes approved by the CSS:
- Remove No Resignation Form
- Resignation (new and initiated member)
To review roster changes pending approval, go to Roster > Tasks > Manage Approvals. Click Continue to proceed to the Selection step. If there are pending roster changes, you will see the name of the chapter on the left-hand side of the screen.
Click on the name of the chapter and the pending approvals will appear in the queue on the right.
After reviewing the request, you can select either the Approve, Deny or Ignore button. If you Ignore the request, no action will be taken on this roster change and you can come back to it later.
