There are numerous forms in Anchorbase that are submitted by an officer and require additional approval from an adviser or other volunteer. The approval portion of the form is often included at the bottom of the form submitted by the chapter for ease of reviewing and capturing approval in one spot.
In general, you'll find forms organized by operational focus area (Chapter Management, Roster, Social Standards, Foundation, etc.) and then the applicable Tasks sub-menu.
Ex. The Bid Day Plan task is located under Member Education > New Member Tasks > Bid Day Plan.
Once you've found the correct form, click on the name of the task in the menu and once the page loads, click Continue to proceed to the Selection step.
The Selection step provides a list of all previous submissions of the form, as well as the option to create a new submission. The Status column will either show "On Demand", which should be selected if you wish to create a new submission, or it will provide details about a form that has been Saved or Submitted.
Submissions are organized in ascending order with the most recent submission at the bottom of the list. This column varies form to form, but in general, the second column will show the academic year of the submission and often the date of the event being held to help you narrow down which form is the correct form to review.
Once you've identified the correct form, click on the Select checkbox on the far left and then click Continue.
Review all of the details submitted by the chapter officer and confirm your approval in the applicable approval area. If the form is approved by multiple reviewers, please ensure you are completing the correct approval section. They are clearly labelled:
Once filled in, click Continue to proceed to the next page. This is a summary of the entire form for you to review one final time before signing your name and the date at the very bottom of the page. Click Continue a final time to reach the Receipt page, which serves as confirmation of your submission.
