Claim Account Process

New members receive an email prompting them to claim their Delta Gamma account shortly after they are added to the Anchorbase roster. The claim account process includes: confirming their contact information, creating their Delta Gamma username and password and signing the Statement of Obligation. This is the only account creation process new members should use.

Claim Account Links

The Unclaimed New Members report in Anchorbase (under Roster > Reports) provides the unique URLs and invite key/codes for the new members who have not yet claimed their accounts. Each new member's link is specific to them, so please ensure they use only their link and do not share it with others. 

Resetting Their  Password

New members use the same password reset page as you do, with one caveat - they must use the option at the very bottom of the password reset page that refers to recovering their account using just their username/email.

Note: They must have already claimed their account and have a valid contact email on file to use this process.

Getting Started

Once they have claimed their accounts, new members will use their username and password to log into:

  • The Pursuit: for their new member learning modules
  • Member Site: for their member profile, Honor Board, Budget Survey and other tasks

Note: New members do not have access to Anchorbase. Anchorbase is only accessible to current chapter officers and advisers.

The following websites do not use Delta Gamma's username and password and have their own account creation and password reset processes: 

  • re:Members (greekbill)
  • memberplanet
