The username and password you use to access the Delta Gamma library, the member site (members.deltagamma.org) and Anchorbase are all the same. If you are uncertain or cannot remember what your password is, you are able to verify your account and reset your password from our member site.
To reset your password, click here.
There are two ways to recover your Delta Gamma account: by entering your basic membership information (best if you are unsure of your username or the email on your profile) or by using your username or email address. Click on whichever option is best suited to your needs and enter the information as prompted. The text boxes outlined in red are required fields.
Note: Your username may not be the same as your current contact email. Unless manually updated by EO staff, your username was established when you were a new member, so be sure to consider all emails you could have used at that time, including a university email. It is not an issue if you no longer have access to the email account.
After you click Submit and your account has been found, you will receive an email to the email address you indicated with a link to reset your password.
If you are unable to verify your account because an account does not exist, proceed here. New members should not use this process to set up an account.
Note: This email may take up to 10 minutes to arrive. The name on the email should read "notifications" and the subject should read "Your Delta Gamma Account". Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive within 10 minutes.
Click on the link in the body of the email to reset your password. You should see a reminder of what your current username is. Enter your new password and confirm the password and click Submit to finalize the changes. All passwords should be at least seven characters long and include at least one number and one capital letter.
After you hit Submit, you will be redirected to your member profile where you can further update your personal information as desired.
