Common errors when attempting to login include:

  • "Username or password is incorrect" error
  • Account is locked/disabled after too many incorrect login attempts
  • "Failed to delete user credentials" error

Additional Tips

  • Use the correct username: Your username does not automatically update when you update your preferred contact email address. If you have updated your contact email since creating your member account (typically created during the new member period), your username may be an email that you no longer use or have access to. This will not affect your ability to login using that address.
